30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date are generally not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Skincare or haircare products with broken safety seals
  • Personal hygiene products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
